Makers of Limbo Have New Game In New Universe
Playdead has revealed that their next game will be something entirely new, but it should appeal to fans of their atmospheric black & white Limbo title.
In an interview with Joystiq, Playdead CEO Dino Patti revealed the developer's upcoming plans, but fell short of revealing any concrete details. "I can't tell much, but I can tell you that if you liked Limbo, it'll definitely be for you. The gameplay style you'll really like. You'll feel it's the same team who made it, but everything will be changed."
Interestingly, Patti went on to reveal that Playdead might be interested in going multiplatform with the upcoming project, declaring that "we just want as many people to play the game as possible."
