Game Boat: The Most Useless Accessory In History

by Matt Helgeson on Oct 07, 2010 at 03:33 PM

Well, we've officially seen it all. Just when you think that acting like a spazz while rushing down a river in Kinect Adventures couldn't look any more ridiculous, peripheral manufacturer Atomic Accessories steps up to the plate. Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome to your living rooms...the Game Boat! According to Atomic this is "de facto the first accessory for the peripheral which doesn't need any." (That's actually what the product description says!)

Basically, it's a small replica raft that you can inflate ("practical" pump included!) and set on your living room floor and totally stand in, jump in, and generally act like an idiot to your heart's content. Atomic says the unit "Ideal to comfortably play in 2 gamers simultaneously, still without being clumsy in the living room." What's more it can be "be used in the watyr, at the sea or at the pool, by children and adults." Watyr!

We don't know how much it costs yet, but when you see something this good, money is clearly no object.
