The lights are on
If you walk into Battle & Brew, a video game themed bar located in Marietta, GA, you may want to take a few minutes to check out the art on the walls before grabbing a drink. With the help of SCAD-Atlanta Illustration, Battle & Brew asked gamers to create artwork within a 24 hour window. Of the 17 illustrations entered, six were chosen as winners. You can view all of them below. If you live in Georgia and are looking for a cool place to hang, check out Battle and Brew's website here. They have hundreds of games on hand for single player and competitive gaming sessions.

that is great. I've got a buddy over at scad, maybe I should go visit.
I wish I lived nearby.
Anyone wanna open a bar/cafe like this in Pennsylvania?
This is cool, if I were a drinker I would surely hang out at this place. I think the owner prefers Nintendo since half of the winners are Mario/Bowser pieces.
that is some amazing art. i want it to hang in my room
that's a sweet collection
The shadow of the Colossus one is awesome.
That's only a couple of hours from where I live! Cool, now I have an awesome plan for the weekend.
These are awesome. More people need to show off their video game inspired art.
I can definitely appreciate the Galaga piece
Fantastic! Those are great.
I think the bowser one is the best.
The Mario God one is amazing and the Half-Life art is just oozing with awesomeness.
Wish I could do something like that, *opens up Microsoft Paint*.
Galaga one RULED.Great job whoever made those wonderful works of art.
These pieces are amazing. The sad thing is that if i had done this back in my art high school, they would have torn it up as "unoriginal" videogames are still misunderstood. But yeah nice art
i like the last one with mario in it
Good: I live in Georgia, close to Marietta, I believe.
Bad: I'm only 17 so I don't think I can go into a pub yet... :(
hahaha i love it that there's a videogame themed bar. I WANT TO GO TO THERE
