Microsoft Comments On Halo: Reach Problems
As successful as Halo: Reach is, it hasn't been all fun and games for all its fans. Reports of game freezes and disc read errors have been popping up.
In a simple and economic statement, Microsoft has acknowledged the problems saying, "We are aware of a very small number of customers reporting that their copy of Halo: Reach is causing a 'disc read' error. Those affected should contact Microsoft customer support at 1-800-4MY-XBOX for troubleshooting assistance."
This isn't the only hiccup the game has encountered. Earlier, it was reported that 4GB slim owners would be unable to play parts of the game unless they bought a hard drive.
