The lights are on
Activision has released a second batch of DLC for Transformers: War for Cybertron, and we've got a new trailer for it. The $10 download adds two new playable characters--Zeta Prime and Dead End--as well as five new multiplayer maps. Two of the maps are designed for the game's Escalation mode. In the Autobot map Pulse, players fight inside of Trypticon and try to overload the massive Decepticon's central power core. Static gives players a variety of trap-filled rooms.
The other three maps are Horizon, set on Autobot home planet Iacon; Sector, a Decepticon maintenance facility; and Metropolis, set high above the bombed-out Iacon ruins.
None of this seems to answer why robots from another planet take on the form of Earthly vehicles. Oh well.

I'll be downloading this tonight for sure. Too bad more people don't play this game. It truly is an amazing game and a great shooter.
Hardly see anyone on this game anymore so I guess I will just get the new mass effect dlc instead.
I still play often, and will happily do so again as Zeta Prime. The multiplayer has too many glitches too keep up a consistent audience. Every other match laggggggs like no other, and connections are often dropped. Granted, the campaign is still amazing.
becuase the can?
I'm getting this tonight, I enjoy this game. It's just sad that there are less than 2,000 players online everyday on the PS3. This is an awesome game with a great campaign, addictive multiplayer, and a fun survival mode. The multiplayer is laggy most of the time, but it's still fun.
I can't play this GAME!!!! u know why? cause my son keeps hogging it!!! That is why i wanted split screen in the first place! ARGH!!! I need more split screen!
WFC was really fun at first, but it lost its luster pretty quickly for me so I don't think I'll be throwing another $10 into it.
I'd love to get this game sometime, but in the demo I went 4 and 16 and couldn't understand why. Not a priority to buy. How is the campaign?
Yea I do believe it's time for me to get this game.
Who ever said we were the first to think up the design for the car? Many other planets could have had the idea trillions of years before us.
Are these new characters available for the single-player campaign? Thats the only thing that would make me get it
Very cool. If the game itself wasn't $60, then I'de definitely consider putting some extra $$ into the DLC.
Such a rad game, I really hope it receives some industry recognition in the future - I stand by what I said when I got my hands on it on launch day, that this title is this years Arkham Asylum (surprise hit, first epic game in a franchise history of not-so-great games)
