Killzone 3 Dated

We’ve been reporting on Killzone 3 since it first debuted back in May, and we know several things. We know it has 3D. We know it has 4-player co-op. We expect that a beta is on the way. What we haven’t known, till now, is the release date.

The shooter will hit retail February 22, 2011.

At PAX this weekend? Head over to the Killzone Booth to check out multiplayer for yourself.

    So it'll be almost 2 years to the day if they keep their February release date. Good. I was kind of disappointed with Killzone 2's ending. I liked the game but I'm not a fan of cliffhanger endings, especially in video games. I had the same problem with God of War 2.

    I am actually getting excited about Killzone 3. I played Killzone 2 and enjoyed it. However, I grew tired of the Multiplayer quickly. I think i will be buying Killzone 3

    Even though I'm not a PS3 owner, I really want to see how this game turns out. In my opinion, at least, this will be one of the games that decides whether motion controls can work for a serious game.

    Killzone 2 was my favorite online multiplayer game, this game WILL top it. I can"t wait for this, it's definitely in my top 3 most anticipated titles. Twisted Metal and LBP 2 are up there.

    I can't wait for it to be released. I love Killzone 2; it was my first PS3 game. It's also my favorite game of all time as of right now. I enjoyed everything in Killzone 2, except the story. I think the story was good, but not excellent.
