The lights are on
By beefing up Lost In Shadows' Facebook numbers, you can contribute to a pretty darned good cause. Hudson Entertainment is requesting that gamers swing by their Facebook page for Lost In Shadow and "Like" the page. For each thumbs up they get, Hudson will contribute 10 cents to Child's Play. If Facebook visitors alter their portrait to appear as a shadow, then Hudson will up the contributed amount to $1. The drive runs from today through September 7. Child's Play is a charity with roots in the gaming industry, established by the Penny Arcade folks, that gives toys, games, and money to kids in children's hospitals around the country. Lost In Shadows is an upcoming platforming game from Hudson that stars a young boy's shadow as it traverses a dangerous and mystical tower. The game releases on January 4, 2011 for the Wii.

Awesome I did both for the cause. Lost in Shadow looks like a great game and can't wait to play it.
Hopefully everyone does it, no reason not to.
Sounds like a cool idea. And it's for a good cause!
Whether its an ad for their game or a shirt for your avatar, anyone who raises money for Child's Play automatically wins. Nicely done!
How do we make it look like a shadow?
That's cool. I'll gladly support an effort from this. I was following Lost in Shadows anyway - looks very much like an Ico-esque sort of title. Which means its a must play for a fan of adventure titles -- ACTUAL ADVENTURE, not crappy point-and-click -- like myself.
Hudson, I'll pick up your game later this year and I'll totally head over to Facebook to support this thing right now:)
Cool! I like how developers lately have been raising money for Child's Play. My only tiff is why is Lost in Shadows not coming to Xbox or PS3? I want to play, but I don't have a wii! C'mon!
