The lights are on
The next Yakuza doesn't even have an official title yet, but a recent ad in Famitsu suggests that the next game in the series will be significantly different from what fans are used to.
The ad below shows the game's fictional Kamurocho district in shambles, with storefronts on fire and buildings collapsing in the background. We have no idea what "The End" may be referring to, but the ad looks like a big departure from the franchise's hostess bars and mahjong parlors.
We will bring you more information on this Yakuza during this year's Tokyo Game Show.

Maybe KGB since the Yakuza games have pretty much sucked b-alls.
Wow never even have seen one of my friends play any of these games are they worth cheeking out?
More information? There is no Yakuza 5 coming out. Sega is ending the series in a two page spread of a Japanese gaming magazine. Initially I was shocked but any true fan knows this was how the series had always intended to end. Bravo Sega, bravo.
I liked the bars TT_TT
Good, now I don't have to not buy the games anymore.
