Ubisoft Announces Kinect Exclusive Fighters Uncaged

by Annette Gonzalez on Aug 18, 2010 at 01:30 PM

Today Ubisoft announced Fighters Uncaged, a Kinect exclusive fighting game that will be available this November. The game is currently under development by AMA Studios.

“Fighters Uncaged is the first motion fighting game for Microsoft Kinect, dedicated to a core audience,” said Adam Novickas, U.S. director of marketing at Ubisoft. “Fighters Uncaged requires players to get out of their seat to engage in a controller-free full-body combat game and experience the authentic fighting style of Thai boxing.”

We're told players can create 70 different martial arts strikes when competing in 21 different fighting environments. There will also be voice-activated strikes, character upgrades, and multiplayer.
