The lights are on
We know about a lot of the villains in Activision’s upcoming Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions, but some are still lurking in the shadows. Activision just revealed that Sandman will be joining the game’s rogue gallery, and he looks like a fierce opponent.
Sandman will be featured as part of the Amazing universe, and his level takes place inside a sand quarry. After acquiring a piece of the Tablet of Order and Chaos, Sandman’s powers become amplified allowing him to have full control over all the sand in the quarry. As Spider-Man makes his way through Sandman’s level, the villain’s size and power continue to grow, allowing him to use the sand around him to create weapons, spawn sand creatures, and whip up a devastating sandstorm.
We can’t wait to pound on Sandman’s grainy guts from the inside when the game comes out on September 7. Stay tuned for more coverage of the game as we build towards its release.

I'll wait for the review before buying it. Hope it's as good as Batman: Arkham Asylum
Dang he looks realy cool, Sandman is always such a beast.
I'm sure there gonna have room for all the villans it goes through out a long span in time... But the oldest Spider Man look's the best of them all...
Maybe he'll become that huge sand monster from the movie...or bigger...
Sandman looks pretty intimidating in this game, I can't wait to knock that look off of his face!

Spiderman: SD looks better and better with each story. I hope it turns out well.
Considering this game is not being developed by Treyarch, it might actually be good. I didn't like the Treyarch Spider-Man games. Of course, I really don't like any Treyarch games.
I'm not very educated in the going-ons of comics, but I've always thought Sandman to be a pretty rad character.
Good choice of placement, so far that seems like the best universe for him
