The lights are on
A good chunk of the Game Informer staff has spent the last couple of weeks infatuated with StarCraft II, the latest real-time strategy epic from Blizzard. While many of us have fond memories of the original StarCraft from 1998, there's probably a lot less people who remember 2000's Nintendo 64 port. Luckily, we do, and we decided to dig it out of the vault and check it out.
Join Andrew Reiner, Dan Ryckert, Adam Biessener, and I as we attempt to figure out what's going on with StarCraft 64's muddy graphics and sound, discuss Dan's Southern/swamp heritage, and explore an altogether different ruining of a different classic game from days past in Replay Roulette.

I actually enjoyed this game on N64. I remember playing coop with my older brother. Good memories...
I loved this game on N64, it was the only way I could play against my friends without good PCs.
Admit it, this game should've been worse!
Im glad i stuck to zelda and starfox during that era, lol. You guys should do Alundra 2 next. There haven't been a lot of rpg themed replays so i think it would be interesting to see
Ah, one of the best replays yet!!
lol great replay. many good laughs
Please do a replay of star wars rogue squadron! it was SICK
Love replay guys its always sooo funny that i usually watch all of them twice haha i wanna see some Conkers Bad Fur Day!!
Good as always
Could you try out klonoa door to phantomile or maybe Earthbound
Like Dan,I never had a good gaming computer so for my RTS needs I had to play C&C for playstation(I dont have such fond memories though).
I hate your video player! Every time I try to watch a video over 5 minutes long it always stops in the middle and acts like it is over. Then I have to reload the page and the video takes a half an hour to get back to where I was, only to freeze again a minute later! I've tried to watch this video like ten times already, and it never gets past eleven minutes. Please fix this somehow.
That was a new kind of torture. What a hilarious way to compliment the ridiculous hold Starcraft 2 has on all of us.
that was AWSOME!!!!!!!
As a South Dakotan, I want to remind you that not all of South Dakota looks like that. Seriously, there's the black hills and the badlands that look very different.
Jokingly though, if blizzard wanted that map to look like South Dakota, they should've added corn and wind turbines to it. I'm just saying.
I have fond memories of Goblin Commander: Unleash the Horde for the gamecube. I had a computer that had rts's on it, but i never had an internet connection for them so I loved the splitscreen in Goblin Commander.
