The lights are on
Zelda II: The Adventure of Link for the NES has always been the black sheep of the Zelda family. With it’s sidescrolling action it doesn’t look like any of the other Zelda games. But we guarantee you’ve never seen Zelda like this.
One incredibly crafty gamer by the name of Michael Johnston recreated Zelda II as a first person shooter. Better still you can play this game right now! Prepare to gaze upon one of the coolest things you’ve ever seen. Check out the game here.

Uh, this is kind of a shame. I'm sure it took a lot of work, but it's just no fun at all.
Not too impressed with it. Game started lagging real bad at the first temple, plus you have to run into an enemy to start a fight with several enemies.
Wha? Off to the link we go!
Zelda II was odd enough with it's sidescrolling gameplay, and now it's gonna be a FPS? As interesting as it sounds, I must ask, why?
Jeez these guys do not have faith in the GI team. There's no virus on the download guys sheesh. Terrible game but it brings such nostalgia I love it 5 stars.
I bet this took a lot of work.

That's quite possibly the most bad*** thing ever. Kudos to you bro.
That is pretty cool, now imagine, what else we could turn into a FPS?
