The lights are on
Zelda II: The Adventure of Link for the NES has always been the black sheep of the Zelda family. With it’s sidescrolling action it doesn’t look like any of the other Zelda games. But we guarantee you’ve never seen Zelda like this.
One incredibly crafty gamer by the name of Michael Johnston recreated Zelda II as a first person shooter. Better still you can play this game right now! Prepare to gaze upon one of the coolest things you’ve ever seen. Check out the game here.

Badass, I'll check it out.
I really enjoyed the original Zelda II. After a while, I'd use the sword like a pogo stick to hop around all the side-scrolling sections.
WOW. I thought this was a joke at first. This sounds like a game infarcer bit.
Pretty old. Seen this before. Maybe not Zelda II, but it's been done, and I'm not saying that thing for PS3.
i played this about a week ago, it was interesting but pretty bad
I accidently broke this game. When in the dungeon, I left to go heal before opening the door but after getting the key. When I went back, everything was as if I already had the key, except for the important having the key.
It's automatically terrible because it doesn't rip every detail exactly off of the original Zelda.
Wow I just played the fps game right now and lemme tell u, its wayy different
For some reason I've always had a soft spot for The Adventure Of Link, I kinda liked the the side scrolling sword fighting action. Kudos to Michael Johnston who came up with the crazy idea of doing Zelda II as a fps. I would like to know how he actually decided on the project itself.
maybe it'll be fun this way lol
pretty fun...reminds me of old times :)
well this is old news
I always thought Zelda would be a great FPS. Now it is one. YAY!
It's so awesome
I played it. I'd still rather the original but this is creative and fun.
wow that's cool.
That was a trip down memory lane! Thank you for sharing.
wow that's really cool :D
