2K Shows Off Mafia II DLC Screens
Mafia II isn't out yet, but that isn't stopping 2K Games from teasing the Betrayal of Jimmy downloadable content.
This mission pack, available exclusively for the PlayStation 3, puts players in the role of a gun for hire named Jimmy. Judging by the title, we're guessing this thug ends up at odds with the mob. These missions focus heavily on action, with car chases, assassinations, and shootouts occupying most of Jimmy's time in Empire City. The game tracks your shooting and driving prowess, and the results of your misdeeds will be uploaded to a leaderboard so you can see how your dirty work stacks up with other small-time crooks.
Each PS3 retail copy of Mafia II includes a free voucher code for this mission pack. If you buy the game used, 2K Games is going to milk you for another $9.99 via a PlayStation Network download.
