Majesco’s CFO Resigns And Moves On

by Ben Reeves on Aug 02, 2010 at 02:41 PM

John Gross, CFO and executive VP of Majesco publishing, resigned from his position today, and will be moving on to another undisclosed company.

When Gross joined Majesco back in 2006, the publisher was known for releasing critically successful duds like Psychonauts and Phantom Dust, but it's now better known for family-friendly titles like Cooking Mama and A Boy and His Blob.

The New Jersey-based company hasn’t said if this move has anything to do with the company's recent financial losses, but Michael Vesey, Majesco’s senior VP, corporate controller and chief accounting officer will serve as interim CFO following Gross' departure on August 20.
