Intellivision Lives On Nintendo DS This September
Today Virtual Play Games announced Intellivision Lives! for the Nintendo DS. The title will feature 60 games including Astrosmash, B-17 Bomber, Shark! Shark!, Motocross, and more. The 12 button keypad will also be in full effect. Intellivision Lives! will also include games not released at original launch, and will have local wireless play.
"2010 being the 30th anniversary of the Intellivision console, I'm looking forward to seeing how many new fans will discover Intellivision thanks to this DS version. The Nintendo DS is the perfect platform for the classic Intellivision games," said Keith Robinson, owner of Intellivision Productions.
A preview of Intellivision Lives! will be available at the Classic Gaming Expo in Vegas July 31 through August 1. The game will celebrate its retail release this September.
