Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine Coming To PC
Until today, THQ's upcoming Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine was only slated to hit Xbox 360 and PS3, but the publisher has announced that the title will now be coming to PC as well.
I can understand if Space Marine is a little off your radar; the game was largely missing from E3, but it's still worth keeping you eyes on. After all, it's being developed by Relic Entertainment, the creative force behind the Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War titles (not to mention the classic Homeworld series). With that kind of history, it's great to see Relic continuing to support its hardcore PC fanbase. Not surprisingly, Relic seems to agree; Jonathan Dowdeswell, Relic's general manager, said “The
loyal PC audience is incredibly important to us here at Relic so we are
delighted to be able to announce the PC version of the game.”
Look for the third-person action/shooter on all three platforms in early 2011.
