Codemasters Racing Ahead With More Dirt, Grid, And Flashpoint
Codemasters has made a nice name for itself with the Dirt and Grid racing series, and the publisher/developer isn't stopping any time soon.
It's been a while since we've talked about either Grid (above) or the off-road series Dirt, but both franchises have given gamers some of the best racing experiences in years. In an interview with Develop Online, Gavin Cheshire, Codemasters' vice president of studios, assures as the new titles in the series – not to mention Flashpoint – are in the works. "In Southam it's full steam ahead with the next iteration in our Flashpoint series, as well as Dirt and Grid. It'll be interesting to see how it all pans out." Despite Cheshire's assertions, no release dates have been given for these titles, but seeing how they are Codies' bread-and-butter, we're sure the company's got things cooking.
