Joss Stone Joins Bond Girl Roster

by Meagan Marie on Jul 16, 2010 at 03:52 AM

Grammy winning artist Joss Stone is slated to debut as a digital Bond girl in Activision’s upcoming title James Bond 007: Blood Stone. Stone’s likeness isn’t the only talent she is lending to the project, however. Stone is also contributing original music to the game. As of now we know of one such example, an original track called “I’ll Take it All,” written and performed via a collaboration with Dave Steward of Eurythmics fame.

Digital Daniel Craig and Judi Dench reprise their roles in this all-new story fleshed out by screenwriter Bruce Feirstein. With MGM’s current financial difficulties and the state of the classic film franchise in flux, Blood Stone may be the biggest Bond fix you’ll get for some time.

Blood Stone is currently in development by Bizarre Creations and hits retail this holiday for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC, and Nintendo DS.
