Postcards From Fallout Online

by Matthew Kato on Jul 06, 2010 at 05:30 AM

Fallout Online is still chugging along, despite all the past legal wranglings between Interplay and Bethesda, and Fallout Online developer Interplay recently sent along an art piece from the game and a few scraps of info.

"There are many stories and many more tall tales about life in the wastelands, this is one of them..." So starts Interplay's initial newsletter blast to those who've signed up to the game's website. The newsletter's snippet of adventure regards a man named Les, who is reporting back to some unknown person(s) about a place the locals call Monkey Butt Mine. Les got the info from a guy named Fast Eddie, who warns Les about the radscoprions in the area, as well as the ghouls to the north and tickers to the south. We hope to hear more tales like this from Interplay regarding Fallout Online and its own take on the apocalyptic wasteland.
