If were paying attention to Microsoft's press conference, you know that Microsoft is releasing the Xbox 360 Slim this week. Want to know even more about the upcoming console? Check out this feature sheet from the post-conference roundtable discussion.

Highlights include a 250 GB hard drive, built-in Wi-Fi, five USB slots, and the fact that it won't sound like a leafblower.

It's $300.
I kind of wish they would sell this without the hard drive. It'd probably reduce the price by about $100.

If they allow me to trade in my XBoox 360 to get one of these, it is gone. I'll pack it up right now. Plus I got the Limited Edition Halo 3 one so that should be worth more money if I have to resort to selling on eBAY

I'm expecting a trade-in offer from gamestop that I will gladly make use of, given I don't have to shell out more than $100 plus my current 120GB Elite, looks nice, but will I be able to move everything from my current HDD or will I have to start from scratch?

Good for them. They had to counter Sony eventually. Now, I love my PS3, but my only remaining concern for the Xbox 360 Slim is the price point. If they can match Sony then they are golden. If they charge less, well, more power to them. But, if it is more then Kinetic won't do a *** to help them.
