Bad Company 2 VIP Map Pack 3 Dropping Wednesday

Battlefield: Bad Company 2's already excellent multiplayer action gets even more hectic on Wednesday with the release of VIP Map Pack 3. The pack provides players with two new gameplay modes: the four-team Squad Deathmatch mode in Nelson Bay and the Squad Rush mode in Laguna Alta. The map pack is free for players who have redeemed the VIP code included in new copies of the game; players who bought used copies will have to purchase the online code for $15.     Cool, but I was hoping for some new maps, or something new for Conquest or Rush, since those are the two modes that I play the most. Oh well, at least it's free. Now I know what I'll be playing this week.

    Not really new maps but I'll take them nonetheless.  Seems like they are just trying to compete with MW2.  Please don't and work on some actual new maps for the fall.  Thanks and have a great day.

    Can't complain when we get something for free but, these modes was already in the game. I hope we will get all new maps instead of a variation of existing maps in the near future...

    But is still better then MW2 where you have to pay with money.

    who even cares about these modes? i want something new for rush and conquest.just the thought of me playing on isla inocentes or panama canal again makes me want to throw up.

    Yeah I haven't played this game in awhile.  We need some new maps or some totally new game modes. Oh yeah...FIX THE LAG!
