The lights are on
We’ve known for a while that the next Assassin’s Creed wouldn’t be the official third entry that ended the trilogy, but rather something of a side story that would continue the adventures of AC II’s main man Ezio. This spinoff title would take place, at least partially, in Rome and would somehow incorporate multiplayer. What we didn’t know about that game was its name. Until now. This fall you can look forward to playing Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood.
Early marketing materials for Assassin's Creed Brotherhood leaked out of GameStop earlier today. We contacted Ubisoft about the photos (below) and the company confirmed that they are real. Ubisoft also promised they’d release more information about the game early next week. This is exciting news for Assassin’s Creed fans. Stay tuned for more information about the game when it becomes available next week.

What is there left to tell about Ezio's tale? Sounds like a milking to me.
Meh at obligatory multiplayer.
How can you guys read what it say, it's all blurry!
Might rent this one depending on its length. I lived and breathed AC2 for a long time, so this would be fun. Hope they make more improvements on the gameplay.
Great this will be awesome, will have to keep an eye on this to see what else comes out.
In 2009 three characters really stood out for me in video games. Nathan Drake, Cole MacGrath and Ezio Auditore. There was just something interesting and immersive about each character. So hearing that Ezio has another game really gets me excited.
Dang, that's cool. Bet that female assassin will be major to the plot, I think she might be the only female assassin I've seen that's part of the brotherhood, if she is an assassin.
But I'm still waiting for the continuation of Altair's story, if he gets one. He's too awesome of a character to not get another incarnation, and if Ezio gets a sequel, well so does Altair.
This sounds like it can satisfy me until ACIII can come out.
i just saw a flyer for this game today in gamestop. since it seem like its going to be an online multiplayer installment for the series I wonder if its going to have a story mode as long as the first two installments.
Bring on ROME!!! Cant wait for it to come out
