Dead Rising 2’s release date seems to shambling towards us slower than one of its many undead. Time moves so slowly when anticipating a game as awesome as Blue Castle’s sequel to the 2006 Capcom title. In the meantime, there’s a new slew of screenshots, character art, and a cool new trailer which all showcase the game’s elusive single-player story.When you’re done rubbing the awesome out of your eyes, be sure to cast your gaze down to the media gallery for the screenshots and character art.

great trailer. i hope frank pops up but the end of the trailr made me say cheesy line.
epic the first is one of the only xbox games that is actually worth replaying and i think i have more hours on that game than any other. if franks not in the game at least maybe he will be in the dlc that explains what happens. oh yea and co op for this games will be sweet.
ahh i cant wait for this game! its going to be sooooo awesome. Co-op is seriously what the original game needed

Despite all of the ridiculously awesome (and silly) combat that is returning in this sequel, the storyline seems like it's going to be somewhat darker, am I the only one that got that vibe after seeing this trailer?

Man this game looks so awesome, i just can't wait. the weapons look great, and so does the environment. I can't wait to be able to play the campaign with my dad!
I think I want this just because you can combine weapons and kill any zombie you see. Just walk everywhere killin' everything in sight.

The original is the only reason I still own my Xbox 360. I would give anything for the original to be reissued on PS3. I am salivating like a zombie for this game to come out. I can only say one thing CO-OP!!!
I'm hoping they improve the first because the zombie smashing was fun but some aspects really held it back.
As long as my parents let me get it, I'm excited for this.
