2K Announces “Extreme Diplomacy” For Civilization V

2K games announced today a revolutionary new addition to the Civilization franchise – Extreme Diplomacy. If regular diplomacy fails, or you just can’t seem to overwhelm opposing forces by traditional means, Extreme Diplomacy allows the player to pit one world leader against another – death match style. Each world leader comes with their own special attacks and finishing moves, several of which are listed below. 

•    George Washington's Uncle Slam Attack
•    Oda Nobunaga's Tsunami Train Attack
•    Otto von Bismarck's Hurricane Helmet Spike Attack
•    Ramesses II's Phalanx of the Leopard Army
•    Montezuma's Revenge of the Aztec Army
•    Napoleon's Complex Military Strike

The last leader standing gains the spoils of war – the entire challenger’s empire. Fans of the franchise can even opt to buy the Uber Edition of Civilization V, which will come with an eight-button joystick to cater to classic arcade play.

    I can't wait to see all the epic matchups. George Washington will pwn Napoleon. I've already preordered the Uber Edition and the joystick looks sweet.
