The Incredibles Coming To Save LittleBigPlanet
To be fair, it’s not as though LittleBigPlanet needs to be rescued. People are still building new levels and sharing them with the world. Having a few superheroes on hand wouldn’t hurt though, which is why Sony’s announcement that nine new Incredibles-inspired costumes are coming is welcome news. The costumes include all five members of the Incredibles family, along with blue retro Mr. Incredible threads, and outfits from the Pixar film’s supporting cast, Frozone, Edna Mode, and Syndrome.
Level designers can also download a new level kit, which includes a gallery level stuffed with familiar spots from the movie, new materials, and new collectibles. It’s all coming to the PlayStation Store on April 8. As for this week, fans can download a free April Fools costume and a free islands costume. There's also an islands theme pack for $2.99.
Now that we’ve got Pirates of the Caribbean and the Incredibles in LittleBigPlanet, would we be greedy if we asked for a little Toy Story content next?
