The fight between the Battlefield and Call of Duty franchises is a longstanding one. This battle for modern combat FPS supremacy got even more interesting yesterday when Infinity Ward raised the stakes with their announcement that the Stimulus Package map pack will be available March 30. Today DICE called their bet, announcing that the VIP Map Pack 2 will release the very same day.Bad Company 2's new pack doesn’t include brand new locations, rather, it augments existing settings with previously unplayable game modes. You’ll soon be able to play Conquest Mode on the Arica Harbor Map and try your hand at Rush Mode in Laguna Presa. Bad Company all the way
I'm interested to see how Battlefield shapes up to MW2, although I hope they do a much better job with multiplayer.
im getting MW2 dlc don't even have bad company 2
In the world of DLC, free always wins. But that will depend on if MW2 has as many devote fans and the total of VIP players on BFBC2 who will get their maps for free the day it comes out.
Bad Company 2. For the fact that it is just a better game.

i will be getting both,i only get to play online a couple of days a week and i haven't had mw2 that long so i never got bored of it,bad company 2 is awesome so it will be hard to decide witch one to play first.
Bad Company 2 has the DLC for free, so I might as well be playing that...
Well the first VIP map pack "dlc" was already on the disk for BFBC2... and now DICE starts bragging about how they don't "nickel and dime" their customers... right...
I have both games, but I'm starting to get sick of DICE thinking they're superior.

As a PS3 gamer I don't care about the MW2 DLC cause I won't have the option for a month. Loving the hell out of Battlefield and will be playing that for the foreseeable future.
Think I'll stick with MW2.
Obviously I'll be getting the Bad Company DLC, right now it is getting way more love than MW2.
If the MW2 has 3 or more new maps, has some new spec ops and is under 800 points, I'll consider buying it.

Anyway, I love both games and frequently play both as well, so both DLCs on the same day is great.

Am I the only one who ABSOLUTELY HATES Camp of Duty: Modern Teenagers 2? The campaign was decent, but the multiplayer sucks IMO (boy I love playing those kiddy gaming guru's who convince their parents to buy em' an adult game.)
Battlefield BC2 owns all, hands down. I'll be getting their FREE DLC the first day.
