New Dragon Age Game Descending In 2011

Mass Effect 2 may have your head in the stars right now, but don’t forget about Bioware’s other new RPG IP, Dragon Age. Apparantly a new Dragon Age title is set to launch in Q4 of fiscal 2011, which means it could hit between January 1 and March 31.

Dragon Age’s future entry is listed as “Dragon Age Title TBA” right now, but we’re giving Bioware the benefit of the doubt that they’ll come up with a more clever name by next year. It’s apparently releasing for consoles, PC, and also handhelds. Could PSP and DS users have a portable Bioware RPG to look forward to? The developer did churn out Sonic Chronicles for the DS, so it’s not too much of a long shot.

Let’s hope more news develops on this sooner rather than later.

    YES SCORE! Another full Dragon Age, set maybe 100 years after the last story ends (cough *new archdemon* cough) will make my day (in 2011)

    Awesome.  It's not surprising.  They did stress the "Origins" part of the title in one interview that I saw.  Hopefully they keep the DLC coming til then though.  I'm just gonna have to keep going through and finishing up several of my characters.

    Mehhhh DA:O wasnt that good anyway I found it to be a bit of a let down, If they make another one can it at least have consiquences that really lead down differnt paths instead of nding up in the same place and not much of a difference between choices.

    Great news! Dragon Age was a game that surpassed all my  high expectations. That is incredibly rare these days.

    God let's pray that it is better than origins because that game is puny compared to mass effect..... hated the gameplay of origins loved the cinematics reminded me of Lord of the Rings

    Time to add in a lot more options for weapons and such.  First was good, but now it's time to up the ante so to speak.  Looking forward to seeing what you guys do.

    As much as I would love a PsP DA:O it isn't gonna happen... of course I said that about Resistance as well and look how that turned out.
