The lights are on
Even after playing BioWare’s other big RPG, we still can’t wait to play more Dragon Age: Origins. Thankfully the game newest expansion Awakening is set to release on March 16th.
Awakening is set to deliver several hours of new content to Dragon Age fans, including five new party members, new skills and spells, and a location to explore, Orlesian. Hopefully we’ll find out soon if the new content is worth the $40 price point.
There isn’t much to this trailer, but it’s a fun little teaser. You can check out more movies and photos on BioWare’s homepage. Anyone else excited for this expansion?

Interesting , I hope there is more to this than just another origin story and a few more characters and areas . It might be worth 40 bucks if there is some depth and hours in it .

40 bucks?! This had better be worth it but knowing Bioware I don't have many doubts. Orlesian? Maybe I wasn't paying attention as I skimmed the codex but do they mean the Orlesian Empire? Wouldn't the singular word just be Orlais? Or a city within the empire called Orlesian? I thought Val Royeaux was the only city they mentioned. Then again I'm probably just blowing this totally out of proportion. My bad.
looks good, but 40 bux is a little steep for DLC
@Steve This is a full blown expansion pack. Much more content will be seen in this than any actual 'dlc' on the market I'm sure. Quite funny though about the confusion...down loadable content really is taking over the future of gaming if people have forgotten about the ever prevalent expansion packs.
Just finished all the trophies today for the original game, so if this one will give me that much replay value then I will gladly shell out another $40(thats how much i payed for the original since i bought it on black friday:)
And another on the list...
Yeah, I'd love to play more (though I'm still upset I didn't purchase the PC version instead of the 360) but as excited as I am, even I may pass at forty dollars.
