The lights are on
Blood Bowl for the Xbox 360 takes the Games Workshop classic strategy game and brings it to the console crowd – complete with the original game as well as some optional changes. But not all of us are blood-stained and muddied Blood Bowl vets. Games Workshop was nice enough to give us this detailed tutorial video to show you what the game's all about and how to get started on your way to domination. Take a look.

"A finer game cannot be had" hahahaha
this looks really good. weird idea i will have to say
i was kind of excited about this game at first but there's been no hype and no excitement around it. after seeing this slow, tedious video of a slow, tedious game, i think i'll be waiting until it's in the used game bin.
Wow does this game look gay!
"I'm rather fond of the exquisite plumage on their helmets." WTF?
This looks good. I think that they used two diffrent things and made it one
this game is very good, i play it on the PC and the 360 version is basically a port over.
i have to agree with Larry Nocella this is an awful video to showcase the game until 9:32 in. It's Final Fantasy Tactics meets Madden?WTF? hopefully the other modes are more intersting. plus the monotone voice, i think Ben Stein would have been a more exciting narrator. "Bueller, Bueller, Bueller"
i seriously watched it introduce all the races because i thought i was watching a Mutant League Football Remake
This looks like it has some potential.
just to remind people (RE: The dryness of the video): this isn't a sizzle trailer, it's a tutorial that the Games Workshop people were very nice enough to make for everyone. So, it's not so much about getting you excited per se as it is teaching new players. Enjoy.
this game is only 49 bucks is that a good thing or a sign it is crumby you tell me
as a fan of the Table Top game I'll probably end up with this game on my PC just hoping there are actually people playing it online...
I found the voice-over both informative and amusing; maybe it's just me, but I thought the dryness was part of what made it fun to watch.
I play warhammer 40k, and I have heard of blood bowl. This seems like a good translation of a tabletop game. Maybe they will do a more tabletop faithful translation of Warhammer 40k. I don't like having to hold resources to make my army bigger.
