Dragon Age: Origins is a massive game by itself, but with the upcoming expansion entitled Awakening, the world is about to get even bigger. BioWare and EA have begun unveiling the new characters you'll encounter in Awakening, beginning with the mage Anders.

Apparently, Anders took up residence with the mages of the Circle later than most, since mages generally begin their training as children. Anders joined as an adolescent, and is eager to experience more of the world he was only beginning to understand before his training began. This resulted in him making trouble in the tower, and now Anders will join your Grey Warden to work out some of his pent-up frustration. Check out the media gallery below to see Anders in action, and if EA markets Awakening anything like Dragon Age: Origins, you can count on a steady stream of more trailers and screens in the weeks to come.

I just want to know how it will work if you do the "good" ending. I guess you get punished for sacrificing yourself for the greater good. Oh, well. It's not like it would be the first time picking the good path ends in not being able to continue a game.

Sounds good to me. Dragon Age was a blast. On the third run through myself. Dont know if he could be as playeriffic as Shale though. Killing power of a steamroller with dry sarcasm to boot? What could beat that?

Perhaps they could make an expansion that allows you to keep four people with you in your party! That would be fantastic. I have been unable to open any locked chests because Leliana's personality sucks and I can't stand hearing her conversations with other party members so I leave her behind... I might consider dragging her along if I could still keep my three favorite party members with me, though.
