I love halo, expecialy the forge mode, so i am really looking forward to this game, however i hope they dont do things like perks from COD because that is CODs and other games thing not halo's.
and about those people who are being really negative, thats the thing about halo you love it or hate it
and i really really love it :)
another surprise? IN THE HOUR?! gah i love halo and i love it when gameinformer covers high profile games like dead space 2, halo reach, etc.
Meh. Shooters in general aren't my cup of tea, Halo in particular. But I'm sure there are "squees" of joy being elicited by a whole crew of folks who aren't me.
At least the art is pretty.
That's an amazing cover, one of the best out of your 200 issues. I've said one and i'll say it again, no other gaming magazines even come close to the quality of covers like GAMEINFORMER DOES! Keep up the astonishing work!
I will however comment one more time on this announcement to commend Game Informer on their new layout style and updated approach to print media, especially the wrap around covers.
Also I appreciate the new method of letting subscribers know their subscription is almost up. Now those last two issues are not ruined like they were with the previous method.
I love the art stile.
If I my XBOX 360 didn't break so much, I'd have it with me today.
Looking forward to my issue :)
Holy crap. I can't believe another Halo on the cover. You know I always wanted to believe you guys when you say you decide on cover stories based on the quality of the game and independent of financial purposes, and I still do for the most part, but constantly putting Halo games on the cover is nothing more than putting your hand out for the legions of Halo fans that don't subscribe but will buy the magazine just because it has a picture on it. Probably more than once. Just look at the first 6 posts. They managed to get in before all the haters, like me. I guess we can count on another Guitar Hero cover as well then?
And the skull-faced soldier. They just couldn't resist. What will be the first shooter to break the trend of skull-faced masks as an advertising ploy? Do people really like it that much?
Awesome I can't wait to get my hands on this issue of GI.
I don't own an Xbox and have only dabbled in the adventures of Halo...but that cover art looks friggin awesome.
As always, I can't wait for the new GI. Bad news, I'm sick of Halo at this point. I hardly even considered picking up ODST. I don't doubt that this game will be good, but it will really have to have some significant new elements to the gameplay to spark my interest
That cover looks sweet! However, like a lot of others have said, I'm not a Halo fan...
Hmmm.... i knew it was gonna be halo reach. cant wait!!!
you know that urk basically told us all on the website last month that it would be the feb. 2010 issue.
at last bungie proves my blog wrong! (OR NOT)
If you're not a Halo fan, here's a reason to stick around this month: gameinformer.com/irrational
Meh. Halo is Halo. Nothing new.
I'm not exactly the Halo fanatic.
