EA Sports MMA Fighters Announced, Cung Le Mo-cap Video
EA has announced several fighters featured in their upcoming MMA game. One fighter who is set to appear in the live-action Tekken film, Cung Le, is featured in a video where he preforms motion capture for the upcoming game.
Scott Smith from Reno, Nevada is an ex-UFC fighter who appeared on The Ultimate Fighter. His career record stands at 16.6.
Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza is a Brazilian MMA fighter with an emphasis on submission grapples and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He holds a record of 10-2.
Robbie Lawler is a middleweight champ who fought in the UFC, IFC, EliteXC, PRIDE, and Strikeforce. His record is 16-5.
Gilbert Melendez is a Mexican-American pro MMA fighter from California. His record is currently 16-2.
Matt Lindland competed in the 2000 Summer Olympics as a wrestler, and also fought in the UFC, IFL, and Affliction. His career record stands at 21-6.
Josh Thomson won the lightweight championship after defeating Gilber Melendez. His career record is 16-2 and he currently holds an eight-round win streak.
Cung Le, featured in the video below, is a Vietnemese American kickboxer who won the 2008 Strikeforce middleweight title and holds a record of 6-0. He’s slated to portray Marshall Law in 2010’s upcoming Tekken film.
