The lights are on
Is our Dead Space 2 cover story and month of online coverage not quite enough awesome exclusive content for December for you? No worries, because we've got more!
In our January issue of Game Informer, we reveal Activision's new next-gen Transformers action game, War For Cybertron, in a six-page feature story. In addition to that, we're running a month of online coverage of the game, including Transformers trivia, video interviews with the team, character profiles, and more. You can follow all the latest articles and videos as they are published on our Transformers: War For Cybertron hub.
Planned for a 2010 release, Transformers: War For Cybertron is a prequel story that focuses on the conflict on the Transformers homeworld. Unlike the last two Transformers games from Activision, this title will not be tied to a specific movie or cartoon, leaving developer High Moon Studios open to try new things within the Transformers lore. Check out the feature in the new issue and keep watching the online hub for more information throughout the month. The first update is coming later today, so stay tuned!
1st better not suck like 1st 2 games
Welcome aboard!
i bet it sucks
i hope you guys can transform me into a fan...
this thing better have blood and gore hahahah =D
no... HELL NO!
Good thing its not connected to the movies for obvious reasons. I think I'm all transformed out though, probably won't be playing this one.
I'm a Transformers fan but i hope that wit out out it being tied to anything they can really get into it and just go crazy wit it
hopefuly it wont be a total peice of crap that should be burned at the stake, hopefuly it will be a message sent by a gamer god
ick
Agreed. Better be good and have some blood and gore! Other than that, looking forward to a possible good Mech game. Haven't seen a good one since Lost Planet, and that wasn't even a full Mech game.
It would be awesome if this game was geared more for adults and included all the themes such a game would entail.
It's most likely gonna suck.
Blood and gore? It's going to be giant robots fighting each other, how do you get blood and gore?
Hopefully it will be better than the trash heap that was T2.
Transformers rocks part 1 and 2
gimma grimlock
Maybe, if they're lucky, they might create a game that is actually...you know...fun?
I like it when developers choose not to stick with a certain movie/tv show/comic. I mean, just look at Batman Arkham Asylum. Best comic book game ever created and it was a culmination of things from throughout Batman's history.
Awesome i love Transformers
