Decrease Workplace Productivity With Jetpack Attack

While some companies use questionable marketing methods to promote their products (Dante’s Inferno comes to mind) others create campaigns we can get behind. One such example is Jetpack Attack, a simple and addictive browser game sure to decrease workplace productivity.

Capcom released Jetpack Attack earlier this week as a part of Dark Void’s promotional campaign. The game is a shooter that pits you against the Watchers as Will navigates through the Void on foot or with his trademark propulsion device.

If playing isn’t enough of a distraction, Capcom has also given players the ability to create and share custom levels. Using a simple drag and drop interface players can populate the map with various enemy units, UFOs, spawn points, pickups and environmental obstacles. The only real stipulation seems to be that all levels must end with a boss battle.

If you have a moment, check out the game and share any custom creations in the comments below.

  • It must have crashed with popularity.  Just wait until after 5:00pm.

  • The link is bad.  There is a space after the url, sending you to a 404 page.

As for the game: eh, it's okay.  There are a lot better flash games out there.  There are people in the flash community that could throw that together in a couple of days.

  • Flash games are definitly the leader in inefficient work places and schools.

  • broken link......

  • looks aight I guess.
