With all the recent layoffs and closings, it’s a little comforting to see that some companies are still hiring. As Joystiq has pointed out, there are a ton of openings up on Microsoft Games Studios’ page, including a cluster of jobs related to the upcoming Project Natal. Even more interesting is a lead producer posting for Epic that refers to Gears of War and Shadow Complex as “Epic franchises.” If you enjoyed the inspired Metroid-style exploration of Shadow Complex, it sounds as though you’ll be able to revisit that universe in some form or another in the future…
