New Gameplay Today – Assassin's Creed Origins' Discovery Tour
Assassin's Creed Origins launched last year to mostly favorable reviews including ours, which lauded the iterations made in the series' two year break between games. Today, Ubisoft continues their effort to redefine the series with an all new freeform exploration mode called Discovery Tour.
The mode is available now via a free patch or by purchasing it standalone for $20. It boasts full, nonviolent exploration of the game's huge map with dozens of museum-like tours based around the landmarks and lifestyles of ancient Egypt. It's a weird thing that Reeves, Kyle, Hanson and me all walked away from fascinated. You can watch us ignore every piece of information given and just do silly voices instead in the video below.
