Replay – Curse: Eye Of Isis
Curse: Eye of Isis was already shown during an episode of Replay as a Roulette game following a lengthy look at The Thing. The episode, which aired in 2011, never sat well with me, as I didn't feel we gave Curse a proper look. This happens all of the time on Replay. Some games don't get the best first look. With five years behind eyes, and a different crew to take a "first look" at the game, I figured we'd give Curse another look. It always hit me as a survival horror game that had a different vibe. The haunted museum angle also seemed cool. It turns out I wasn't wrong. You'll have to let us know what you think of the game after this viewing. The Replay crew wants to see more from it.
And following a crazy commercial break (seriously watch this one), we move on to the second round of the Super Replay Showdown which pits Javy Gwaltney against Brian Shea, and Jeff Cork against me. The winner of both rounds moves on to the finals. The victor of that battle next week gets to select a Super Replay game of their choice. And that Super Replay will begin just weeks after the Showdown concludes.
Don't worry, we haven't run out of games to look at. Next week will bring a new title to Replay, as will the following week. If you feel a game deserves a different look, please let us know.
