Test Chamber – Exploring The Land Of The Dead In Grim Fandango Remastered
In this episode of Test Chamber, Kyle Hilliard, Kim Wallace, Ben Reeves, and intern Elise Favis try to cheat death in Double Fine's remaster of Grim Fandango. After breaking into our boss' office, we chat it up with our secretary, and then heckle a clown after he makes a balloon animal version of Robert Frost. Then we sat down to play Grim Fandango.
Grim Fandango was a noire adventure game originally released by LucasArts in 1998 set in the world of the dead. Players play as Manny Calavera a travel agent for the Department of Death who has to work off an impossible debt by “selling” clients on their afterlife. The game just r-released on PS4, Vita, and PC today for $14.99. For our review of the remaster, head here.
