The lights are on
The Sims 4 is out today, and though our review needs some extra time, that won't stop us from checking out the latest entry in the life simulation series from EA.
Kim Wallace and I are the biggest Sims fans in the office, and she walks me through the opening moments – including character creation and house purchasing. We also talk about some of the things in The Sims 4 that are new and different...along with several things that feel very familiar.
As a series, The Sims is built on long-term gameplay, so our short stint doesn't encompass the entire experience. However, for fans wondering what to expect, it provides a quick glimpse at some of the steps forward (and steps backward) in the newest installment.
