The lights are on
Fighting-game fans probably recognize Strider Hiryu from the Marvel vs. Capcom games, but they might not be as familiar with his origins. The sword-slashing hero debuted in the 1989 arcade game Strider, which was later ported to the Genesis. Join Dan, Tim, Reiner, and me as we wage a one-man war against a red army of robotic enemies.
We played the arcade version for this Replay, which was part of a PSOne Strider collection. It's clear that the game was designed to take your money, and it did its job nicely. Let's just say that we would have left the arcade several dollars' poorer if we'd been paying to play. Be sure to stick around for the Roulette for a look at a not-quite classic.

I really wanna see a Portal Runner Super Replay lol
Half toy, all woman.
I'd love to see a Metroid Prime Super Replay and Tim would be great at the controls. Also Prime 3 is super amazing, so I'm not sure what the concern is there.
omg YES METROID PRIME IS AWESOME FOR SUPER REPLAY....pfff i would love that
For some reason, I didn't want Portal Runner to end here.
Strider was an absolute blast to play on the Sega Genesis and the NES version. This was a great review. ^_^
Cool replay dudes! Nice longer than normal roulette. Thank You. Keep up the great work! GI FTW!
You guys should do a test chamber or live stream of amazing frog?
Ohohoho! I played this on Amiga! Loved it! It was many years ago :)
Wow I remember this from my youthful days killing time between practices at the hockey rink, also had TMNT and a few others. Fun game but was a money stealer.
As a faithful Replay viewer, I must ask what cave Mr. Jeff Cork toured in Wisconsin? Cave of the Mounds maybe? Subtle jab at the state next door sir...lol
Strider was really awesome to watch you guys play. Neat elements in the game and it looks great! The Roulette was absolutely awesome. Please, please pick this to be a Super Replay. I loved this and I really enjoyed the other games this is based off of.
