The lights are on
Game Informer's Dan Ryckert was lucky enough to play hours and hours of Call of Duty: Ghosts at this week's special multiplayer unveiling in Los Angeles. After a couple of matches, we rounded up Mitch Dyer from IGN and (the extraordinarily young) Alex Rubens from Gank Report to discuss and debate the new game's changes to multiplayer on the same stage where it was unveiled. We were able to capture direct feed of our play sessions, so the footage from the video preview is new and unique. To learn more about what Call of Duty: Ghosts adds to multiplayer, click here to read our full preview.
Watch the video below to learn what the three think of multiplayer in Call of Duty: Ghosts and what fans can expect to play this November.

Are they seriously showing 360/PS3 gameplay? I'm not joking or being sarcastic. Are they showing current gen footage?
Pretty much the same ol' ***. I like how they're making a big deal out of the triggered scripted events in their "dynamic" multiplayer maps, something the rest of the gaming world has been doing for 6 years now.
I don't mean to hate. CoD has the biggest fanbase in the world, which means that lots of people love the game the way it is. I'm just not one of them, and I don't understand paying $60 for what boils down to a map pack.
I just hope there are some cod:was sized maps in this game, I really hated blops2 because all the maps were so small that I could snipe with a handgun.
Well i think it looks cool. And the last cod i enjoyed was mw2 (the last one i bought was mw3)
Looks like Dan has fully achieved his 1969 phase.
Clan wars is what I'm most looking forward to, if I ever get the game. I think proving you and your guys are the best among people of similar skill is awesome.
To bad CoD is dead to me now. Looks like it could be decent but way to many let downs to buy it this year.
Looks alright still, but could have some changes made to it.
I completely agree with the guys in the vid. Call of Duty is dead and they dug the grave with their own hand.

Create a Soldier sounds better than BO2's system. I somewhat disliked it since it felt just a tad too restrictive
I've been an avid fan of the Call of Duty series dating back to the original. While recently I have opted to play more Battlefield, that decision was based purely on the fact that the multiplayer was being pushed faster and faster and less realistic. With the new mode cranked, I feel it may be even worse. I will end up getting ghosts in hope with the new sound features and new graphics engine, it will bring back some of the fond memories I have beating the sh*t out of my friends online.
