The lights are on
Some longtime gamers may have memories of the Tecmo's Deception series, but not many recall its Playstation 2 entry Trapt. When Reiner showed me the box and told me it would be a good Super Replay candidate, I honestly had no idea what it was. By the end of the first episode, I realized that I was in for a novel experience involving torturing dozens of foes as they attempted to invade my castle.
We'll be updating this Super Replay on Sundays and Thursdays until Trapt is complete. Watch below and let us know your thoughts in the comments!

Damn that was rather unsatisfying...
Not sure even if Dan hd gone the other route would have made a difference. I think this game should have been wrapped up by last weeks episode. I guess the 28 min left me half empty.
I think my fav super replay has to be the Shinoby replay with Jeff Marchiafava and Dan. It would have been excellent if the replay ended with Dan getting punched out cold by Jeff.
A close second is the Stress Test Dan Vs Tyson. Those stupid sounds of desperation when Dan was evading those punches was alone worth the fee. The heckles by Reiner and Jeff made the icing on the cake that much sweeter.
i feel a little ripped off with the ending, a whole other chapter with a final boss dark illusion. i guess at some point they will make one big special episode with the blue stinger strip club, overblood 2 special chapter, and other missed objectives
You have to do the alternate ending. It's what the people want! I'm willing to bet people will mail in food for Dan.
I'd also like the lost episode, but I'm not going to beg for it.
Finally beat it. Good job Dan. I want to know how many controllers you have broken in super replays.
Kim's right! You didn't *really* beat the game.
That was... probably the most disappointing end to a Super Replay I have ever seen.
I remember a time when they actually would have tried to get that second ending... Or at least had a funny video at the end.
i hope the next super replay will be ...overblood - cyberia type of game....this trapt super replay was random
Another amazing Super Replay. Kim should definitely be on more of these. Also I give Dan a B+
Kim is the new peoples editor.
Another great Super Replay!
On story-heavy games, Kim is definitely a welcome presence. But I think the star here is Jason. Mic him up and move him onto commentary officially the next time you guys tackle a game like this. We need to hear both from rational, well spoken people, who are paying attention to the game AND the Goobers :)
I don't want to encourage you guys, but I personally would love to see you guys let Tim Turi and other editors "tag" into these things when the main player gets frustrated and the Super Replay is starting to drag a bit. Especially for Dan. I mean, even up to the last episode Dan never seemed to understand that the game was GRID BASED. The stab-wall may have a range of 2 squares, but they always pull your target onto the square immediately next to the trap. You kept missing and missing with the giant rocks, and every time - EVERY TIME - you were surprised and it was insane! Just insane!
I think I would love to see Clock Tower 3 or Haunting Ground on a SR someday, btw. Eventually, we need to hit every notable or interesting survival horror/adventure game from this era. Still waiting for you guys to play Extermination on a Replay one of these days. Curious to see how that one holds up, considering it's a first year PS2 title.
Great super replay guys! I rate it among your best and most funny. Can't wait for the next super replay I hope it's Cyberia 2.
jason/solid snake..(liquid).. should be mic'd up more often...hes that bad ass sounding sense of reason that goes perfect with you guys...
