The lights are on
Leaving behind the fictional cities of New Marais and Empire City, Infamous Second Son will task players with liberating the streets of Seattle as the new protagonist Delsin Rowe. While Sucker Punch wanted to make it clear that this was not a 1:1 recreation of the real-world city, the game's version of Seattle will include many of the town's famous landmarks and try to replicate the feel of America's Northwestern gem. One of the benefits of choosing Seattle is that it is the hometown of the developers themselves, which is relatively rare in the realm of open-world games.
Many of the images used in the video below are from Sucker Punch's own reference photos, so you can expect to climb and explore many of the locations shown when Infamous Second Son is released.

I've been to Seattle before. It's a nice city.
Thats one relaxing tune there Matt Helgeson.
THERE BETTER BE A FREEMONT PARADE SECTIONS!
It's pretty cool that they're exploring a city that doesn't receive much attention in video games. Seattle is a cool city, and it should be used more often.

When they touched on the native american thing I imagined a super cliched scene where Delsin's father or grandfather talks about ancestors and s hit having the same powers.
3:00 is Delsin designing his own game??
Nah, Im jk but I really cant wait for this game. Makes you think...if our decisions from the previous inFamous impacted the story of this game. Will the next inFamous be impacted by the decisions we make in this game?? Lol I honestly hope they make another version of this game where what would of happend if the Bad option had won (I chose Good first playthrough).
Although it probably wouldnt be as fun since it'd be overrun with Conduits lol
It surprised me when they said he was of Native American decent, because I thought I as just imagining it, but they do make it pretty apparent in his facial structure. Good on them for the interesting, and seemingly suitable, base power he uses (or starts with) of smoke. He looks like he might be half Native and half Caucasian. I wonder if we'll start seeing more protagonists like this?
Now the question is, who would win in a fight?
Noah "Connor" Watts of AC3 lore with all powers
Newcomer: Delsin Rowe of Infamous: Second Son?
As someone who lives in Seattle, I am so proud that finally our city is getting the representation it deserves by people who understands what makes it special. GO!!!!!
