The lights are on
One thing was made very clear when we visited CD Projekt in Poland: the studio cares about their fans. When designing The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, director Konrad Tomaszkiewicz and lead quest designer Mateusz Tomaszkiewicz tried to incorporate as much feedback from The Witcher 2 as possible.
Watch the video interview below to hear the developers talk about the lessons from their past work, the goals for The Witcher 3, and why the ending of the trilogy might surprise you.

CD Projekt rules!
I love the Witcher 2, and I can't wait for this! I want my new issue of GI!
Very cool, I really enjoyed Witcher 2
Well, these guys are the only ones I would even consider pre-ordering with. Especially after that...thing...that was released last March.
BTW, Hanson, the studio's CD Projekt RED.
They namedropped Gothic as inspiration about how to handle open world games.
Hype suddenly raised to insane levels.
One word: Yennefer! Time to finish up reading the Witcher book series. Still got a long way to go.
True signs of a great development studio, this will ensure they make stellar games that gamers will embrace and appreciate. The Witcher 2 was awesome, it made my Top 10 Games of 2012 majamaki.com/.../top-10-games-of-2012 - I can't wait to see what they do in Witcher 3
Any chance you guys can put this on Youtube?
excellent. so glad to hear alot of this. however, complaints about the difficulty are bs. the first act of the witcher 2 was certainly the hardest i agree to that but it was necessity. consumers have gotten to used to being taken along by the hand and not being challenged. the witcher 2 did that perfectly. the third act was not very good in my opinion and it was very hard for me to finish the game. there was not any pay off nor did they continue the serious talk geralt has at the elven fountain about giving up his profession just before roche shows up. i cant express enough how excited i am about the next game being open world...it really seals the deal with me. but my biggest wish is that they make the first witcher available to xbox gamers as well so i can fully understand the scope of the story they are trying to tell. going into the second game without playing the first very clearly put me at a disadvantage throughout the story as to what was going on and who was who.
Can't wait for this game. :)
Konrad looks like the actor who plays Thorin Oakenshield.
On a side-note, I believe I see a Limewire icon on their taskbar. @DRM.
Look at those ears....
