The lights are on
Before our official review hits next week, we sit down with the Devil May Cry demo and talk about what developer Ninja Theory brings to this anticipated reboot.
Reiner handles hosting and I handle playing – though simultaneously talking and killing demons turns out to be harder than I thought. We chat about the series' history, where the new DMC falls in the spectrum of difficulty, and whether concerns about Dante's redesign are warranted.
If you like what you see, mark your calendar: Devil May Cry comes out on January 15, and our review will be online on January 14.

I am actually interested in this game now. looks like a lot of fun.
I thought it was kinda meh.
So this is what my Uncle was talking about? I think this looks promising, considering that the combat still looks familiar. I just wonder what the story is.
Good enough for me.
I liked the demo but i will just rent the game cause too many other games i want.
After much skepticism, I turned the corner after playing the demo. I've played all previous entries in the DMC franchise and enjoyed all and from what I saw so far I believe this will be a great entry, we shall see.
Looks surprisingly all right, can't wait to see that my fears are unfounded when it releases.
doesnt look fun like even the 4th one...the gameplay is slow too. i will try it when it is cheap....ill stick with the older ones
Gameplay looks fun, if derivative. Environments look OK, but I did like how they changed up part way through.
Story, unsurprisingly, seems infantile.
I don't think this will re-enliven the franchise like Capcom hopes.
This looks really good, even with Dante's dumb visual makeover.
I've been playinng this demo non-stop. This game is going to be SO good! I can't wait!
