The lights are on
This week we take a look at Free Radical Design's TimeSplitter's 2, which boasts many former Rare employees that worked on games like GoldenEye 007 on the N64 among its developers. We were amazed at just how many similarities there are between this goofy game and everyone's favorite N64 FPS when we popped in the PS2 version.
This week it's Andrew Reiner, Dan Ryckert, intern Mike Mahardy, and myself checking out TimeSplitters 2. This episode also marks the departure of Mike, who will be missed (until we forget about him). Stick around to see Reiner put his old-school gaming skills to the test in the second segment.

Sweet,highlight of the weekend.
Thank you for a TimeSplitter's 2 Replay!! This is one of my all-time favorite games, and the game I played the most with one of the kids I always volunteered with! Very excited.
I remember playing this when I was too young to play video games effectively.
So, my poor older co-op partner had to deal with me setting on fire, charging through the zombie horde, and trying to beat down the ninja assassins with whatever I had on hand.
Played this on the first Xbox and never failed to get a splitting headache lol.
Wow...what on Earth was that at the end?
Great episode guys. Awesome second segment. Thanks for posting new stuff during the holidays.
That stress test was incredibly fun to watch. Reiner pulled it off like a champ, no surprise.
I thought I was losing my mind when that commercial started kicking in
Congrats Reiner! Also, I love weird Japanese commercials.
Oh, man. I played the HELL out of this game! My friend, Adam, listed his name on this as "The Rhythm", just so he could say... "The Rhythm is gonna get you". So sad. Plus, you can't hate any game with zombie monkeys!
Thanks for another enjoyable start to my weekend. I don't know where you found that video at the end but it was a nice touch. Well played Reiner! I didn't think you had it in ya'
Sweet Time splitters 2. I freaking love this game. Damn you Crytek for keeping this franchise dead.
Man, I love Ghouls and Ghosts. I just bought it for Sega Genesis for my brother as a gift. That game is the ultimate stress test when you're running around in gold armor.
