Listen To Game Informer's Favorite Songs Of 2012

Many of the Game Informer staffers share similar passions to our readers outside of video games – whether that be films, television shows, books, comics, tabletop games, or watching clips of creepy people on YouTube. To round out our end of year coverage we decided it would be nice to share our favorite songs of the year with the community. The playlist has a little of everything – catchy hip-hop, thrashing metal riffs, bubbly electro-pop, somber bearded white guys strumming guitars, and anthemic punk songs. • Hadn't heard any of these. Liked every one. Thank ya, GI.

  • Awesome playlist. I'm a huge audiophile, so it was cool to see what songs you guys are listening too. I definately heard some good songs in there.

    No Imagine Dragons though?

  • If only Call me Maybe had a parody that was good- such as "Call of Duty Baby" or something. ;-)

  • What do we get for 100% "Call Me Maybe?"

  • Kanye, Kendrick, and Nas? Someone knows their hip-hop. Well done.

  • Final mission in Saints Row the Third ("I need a hero").

  • This is a good list, but I'm completely surprised that no one thought about Harmony of a Hunter: 101% Run.  Seriously, that album is AMAZING!!!
