Unboxing: Assassin's Creed III Limited Edition

by Mike Mahardy on Oct 26, 2012 at 11:20 AM

A limited edition set of Assassin's Creed III found its way into the Game informer offices, so we decided to give you a glimpse into the set.

The entire limited edition costs $119.99. The box set includes the game, Connor figure, Assassin's belt buckle, embroidered Assassin's colonial flag, and George Washington's journal.

The Assassin's logo is attached to almost everything in the box set, even George Washington's fictional notebook.

The notebook includes concept art from the game, as well as notes from the in-game Washington. His fictional entries discuss his thoughts on events transpiring before and during the American Revolution, and the Assassin's involvement in both.

For Assassins who feel the need to boast about their secretive allegiance, this belt buckle is ready to be attached to any number of belts. For best results, go for the Nathan Drake half-tuck; it will show off the buckle better.

The colonial flag boasts 13 stars, but the Assassin's flag sports the group's logo right in the center. Equally cool for fans of Assassin's Creed and America alike.

Ezio has finally stepped out of the spotlight, and new protagonist Connor is ready to take over. This 9'44" figure has a detachable flag along with in-game weapons.

If all of these photos make you even more eager for the impending release of Assassin's Creed III, the limited edition is still available for pre-order. Assassin's Creed releases Tuesday, October 30.
