The lights are on
The original Doom 3 hit PCs back in 2004. The atmospheric FPS greeted gamers with visceral gunplay and gorgeous visuals for the time. Eight years later, the game has received a high-definition overhaul that includes the expansion, and lost mission, and the original two Doom titles.

Might need to get this...
I heard the PS3 version comes with 4 player splitscreen and smooth 60fps throughout, so I'm considering that version over the PC version.
PC AND the Xbox. I had a blast with this game. Scary as hell. I completely forgot that it was coming out.
I'm getting this just to Play Doom I and II... love those games!
Damn...looks like I'm getting this now.
This game did NOT age well in my book and the Lost Mission is only about an hour long and nothing really not worthy happens in it either.
I'd like to see what the multiplayer looks like. I don't think I have ever bought a FPS for just a single-player experience.
well...for how "annoying" the lighting was. i think they really removed a great mechanic from this game with the auto flashlight. it has made the gameplay too streamlined, which is waaaay more like doom and i understand why doom fans would be happy, but for me i feel like im getting a handicap now. either way this is a GFD for a BFG, technically three.
also, Reiner (or Tim) why is it that the test chambers are so friggin short? i dont get why you even bother. reiner and phil's seemed so much longer, (sorry to bring it up)
Doom 3 is my favorite straight up shooter. It's also my favorite survival/horror.
So I wasnt going to buy this but now that I see it and being a doom fan
I actually like switching back and forth between my flashlight and weapons. I'll stick with my old copy. lol.
